- All individuals are to adhere to safe distancing measures at all times.
- The management reserves the right to decline admission to any individuals who are feeling unwell or are running a temperature (>38 degree Celsius) on the day of the class.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The package(s) have a validity of 6 months upon sign-up. The academy reserves the right to reject the extension of packages / classes.
- All packages are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable or non-transferable.
- Classes are subjected on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Cancellation of classes must be done 48 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Failure to do so would result in the forfeit of class credit. This 48-hour policy is not applicable with a valid medical certificate.
- In line with the provisions under the Personal Data Protection Act 2021, participants acknowledge and consent that the personal data collected will be retained for purposes of payment as well as the scheduling of classes.
- The management will not be liable for any personal injury or illness suffered by the participants during the classes.
- The ownership of any product from the classes, in the form of audio / video recording shall remain that of the management.
- The management reserves the right without refund to refuse admission any person(s) with disorderly / inappropriate conduct.
- The management reserves the right to change / vary the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in the non-refundable cancellation of the package.
